We use your Personal Information to respond to your inquiries and support requests, schedule and confirm product demonstrations or onboarding calls, provide customer support, send service-related notifications and updates related to your CheckPilot account, and improve our Services. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. All SMS communication is strictly transactional and service-related.

3. SMS Messaging and Consent

By providing your phone number through our chat widget and consenting to receive messages, you consent to receive transactional and customer care text messages from CheckPilot related to your inquiry, onboarding support, account updates, and service-related communications. Providing your phone number is optional and is not required to use our chat or receive our services. The SMS consent option is never pre-selected. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. 4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Settlement documents are handled with encrypted, private processing and are never used to train third-party models. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

9. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Clio and QuickBooks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
